Conference recordings, in.
A permanent searchable site, out.
What would take an in-house comms team weeks of manual work — done before the next quarter started.
Problem → Plan → Solution. You describe what you need, we respond with a detailed plan, and if you say go, we build the solution.

You ran a great event. The recordings exist. Turning them into something attendees actually use — searchable, citable, durable, on-brand — takes a comms team weeks of editorial work. By the time it ships, the moment has passed and the recordings rot in a Zoom folder. Handled rebuilt this entire pipeline as a done-for-you delivery: hand us the raw recordings, get back a real site and a set of per-session PDFs your community can read and cite.

What we built
View the live proceedings site→

Sometimes you can’t see the whole solution at the start. So we refine until you can.
Most engagements take two or three rounds. The first delivery often points to what comes next — and we keep adjusting from there, at no extra cost, until you have something you’d actually use.
- Round 1The transcripts
What we delivered: Full transcription of every session, end-to-end, with speaker attribution — nothing left locked inside the audio.
What we learned: Complete and searchable, but nobody reads raw transcripts. Hours of verbatim text isn't something a community returns to.
- Round 2The structured summaries
What we delivered: Each forum distilled into an overview, presenters and speakers, topics raised, questions asked, and verbatim notable quotes — typeset as branded per-session PDFs.
What we learned: Genuinely useful as documents — but a folder of PDFs is still a folder. There was no single place the cohort could go back to and browse.
- Round 3 — this is what they useThe proceedings site
What we delivered: A permanent, searchable proceedings site with left-rail navigation, a page per forum, and the branded PDFs downloadable from each — public, indexable, and theirs to keep.
Why this landed: The conference stopped being a moment that passed and became a place the cohort returns to. The transcripts and summaries weren't detours — each made the next form possible. The site is where the work finally lived.
How we work.We iterate. The first round usually shows what we couldn’t fully see at the start — and we adjust from there. Refining is included; we keep going until you have something you’d actually use.
Once you’re using it, whatever we built stays available. Anything we built that breaks, we fix free, forever. And the more you use it, the more we learn how to improve it.
Maybe you’ve got this problem too
The same pipeline works whenever you have hours of recorded knowledge that nobody can find later.
Conference organizers
Multi-day, multi-track events that disappear after the closing remarks. Turn them into a permanent record your community can cite.
Podcast networks
Hours of episodes that nobody re-listens to. Turn each into searchable show-notes pages with shareable per-episode summaries.
Internal all-hands & training
Recorded all-hands, board meetings, and training sessions that live and die in a Zoom folder. Turn them into an internal knowledge site new joiners can search.
How the subscription works.
Throw up to three problems at us at once — we work on all of them. Pay $1,500/month while we’re building or refining. When everything’s signed off, billing pauses automatically. A lifetime guarantee covers anything we built that stops doing what we said it would.
- Full transcription of every session with speaker attribution — multi-track audio handed off raw, no prep on their side.
- Per-forum editorial summaries — overview, presenters, topics, questions raised, and verbatim notable quotes, organized so a reader or reporter can scan one session fast.
- Branded per-session PDFs typeset to the conference brand, downloadable from each forum page as self-contained documents.
- A permanent proceedings site with left-rail navigation, per-forum pages, and search — deployed and hosted, on their domain or ours.
- Iteration coverage — re-cuts, added sessions, language handling, and design changes folded into the subscription, not billed as change requests.
